Step 1: Tell us the job

Step 2: A flat quote, in writing
We reply with the fee, what it covers and what is charged at cost. You say yes or no. Nothing starts before that.

Step 3: One video call
Fifteen to forty-five minutes. We go through the papers with you and set the dates that matter.

Step 4: Your papers, done and sent
The notice goes out, the lien is recorded, the contract is marked up or the letter is sent. You get a copy of everything.

Step 5: You decide what is next
If the matter needs more, we say exactly what and quote it. If it is done, it is done.

Job photos
Dated, if you can: the work, the site and anything that went wrong.

First day on site, last day worked and when payment was due.
